Welcome

Thank you for your interest! Our goal is to provide a comprehensive program to help young women learn and practice the leadership skills they will need to achieve their personal and professional goals, while building a supportive network of peers and adult women in the community who will serve as resources in the future.

We are inviting all high school girls in the Buffalo area (those entering grades 9-12 in fall 2024) to apply for the second cohort of this exciting new program.

We hope that this community effort will empower girls to pursue careers of their choosing and help them have a positive impact on those around them as they follow their life path.
